Welcome Emily Grace Poplar was born Feb. 23 to Kathy and Chris Poplar of Centreville. She weighed 8 pounds and measured 20 inches long. She joins big brother Calvin, 3. Grandparents are Jim and Jan Katcham of Centre Ridge.
