At International Pageant Chantilly Hooters Girl Rachel Swartz was third runner up at the 21th Anniversary Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant on July 14 in Las Vegas. Swartz was selected from a group of 80 Hooters Girls from the U.S. and around the world. Contestants were evaluated by a six-person judging panel, based on responses to interview questions, personality and overall contribution to the Hooters brand, as well as swimsuit attire. Chelsea Morgensen, of Hollywood, Calif. won first place in the contest.
